EXPANDED PERLITE

Taking into account the bulk density and grain size, PERLIPOL divided perlite into the following types:

• EP 150,
• EP 180,
• EP 200, in. AGROPERLIT.

• PERLIT EP 150 is a white-gray granulate with a grain size of 0-1.25 mm. Its bulk density ranges from 45 to 80 kg / m3. It is most often used for the production of cement and gypsum plasters and various types of building mixtures and mortars, and for the insulation of tanks with liquid gases.
• PERLIT EP 180 is a white-gray granulate with a grain size of 0-3 mm. Its bulk density ranges from 80 to 100 kg / m3. It is most often used as a component of mortars, heat-insulating floor screeds, for the production of fittings and other fire-retardant materials, for filling voids in ceramic bricks, as a carrier of vitamins in feed.
• PERLIT EP 200 (AGROPERLIT) is a white-gray granulate with a grain size of 1-6 mm. Its bulk weight ranges from 80 to 130 m3. It is most often used in horticulture, agriculture, animal husbandry, green spaces, green walls and roofs.

EXPANDED PERLITE is harmless to human and animal health and the environment.

PERLIPOL offers expanded perlite in paper bags with a capacity of 125 l (1 m3 equals 8 bags), big bags and in bulk in road tankers.

HYDROPERL (HYDROPHOTIC PERLITE) is made of EP 180 expanded perlite and is a white, porous granulate. Its surface is covered with a thin hydrophobic layer, thanks to which HYDROPERL is characterized by a very low degree of water absorption and a very high degree of absorption of petroleum products. Effectively absorbs diesel, gasoline, oils, greases, turpentine and other greasy liquids. It prevents contamination of groundwater and purifies waste water, it is light, very durable, it floats on the water surface (its bulk weight ranges from 80 to 100 kg / m3).

As it does not absorb water, the preparation of lightweight concrete, plaster and screeds with it is easier and significantly reduces water consumption. The strength parameters of products with HYDROPERL are better than those based on expanded perlite.

Hydrophobization does not change other properties than water absorption of expanded perlite, therefore HYDROPERL retains all its advantages.

Expanded vermiculite is in the form of golden-beige granules with a grain size of 0-5 mm. Its bulk density ranges from 70 to 120 kg / m3. It is most often used as a heat, fire and acoustic insulator, as an additive to substrates in horticulture and as a carrier of vitamins and minerals in agriculture and animal husbandry.

Vermiculite is harmless to human and animal health and the environment.

PERLIPOL offers vermiculite in 125 l paper bags (1 m3 equals 8 bags), 100 l foil bags and in big bags.

Ground perlite is a white-gray powder with a grain size of 0-100 μm. Its bulk weight ranges from 110 to 250 kg / m3. It is most often used for the filtration of juices, wine, oils, molasses, pectin, sugar, enzymes, antibiotics, polymers, paints, varnishes, resin, water, as well as in pharmacy, chemical industry and plastics production (as a filler).

PERLIPOL offers FilterPerl ground perlite in paper bags and tank trucks.

The prices of ground (filter) perlite range from 360 EURO per ton, depending on the type.
